The price depends on the size of the premises to be cleaned, the amount of performed work, and the frequency. The price span starting from CZK 9,00 /m2/month
Basic offer of performing regular cleaning of shared areas of residential houses
1. The amount of performed work, and the frequency – sample offer
- once a week – sweeping and mopping the shared areas
- dusting the handrails of the banisters and the window-sills
- sweeping the pavement belonging to the premises, the vicinity of the dustbins and access roads
- sweeping and mopping the elevator cage
- once a month – sweeping the courtyard
- twice a year – washing the windows and the entrance doors
- cleaning the banisters´ frames
- dusting the lighting devices, banisters, bells, tiles, switches, and other horizontal surfaces
- continuously – in winter, keeping the pavement passable, removing snow and ice, or eventually spreading the salt
- cleaning the banisters´ frames

From the object's entrance doors, up to the entrance doors to the attic and to the cellar.

The price depends on the size of the premises to be cleaned, and the frequency of the performed work. To determine accurate price, it is necessary to view the object, and to measure it.
Basic offer of performing single cleanings
All the services on offer would be performed via an order, and their price is not included in the basic cleaning price calculation.
