Organizational structure

The enclosed scheme shows the organizational structure of our company. The presented arrangement of the individual posts in the OS allows for operative decision making and vertical substitution of the individual posts. In the operational field, the existence of independent operational units – regional branches, covering in their activities the entire territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, is the main characteristic feature of our organizational structure. In their operations, the regional branches are independent from the headquarters, which secures a maximum flexibility and availability of the services.

The regional branch consists of two or three areas and there is a regional manager leading the branch. Each operational division is headed by a regional manager, with the individual operational and object managers reporting to him. The operational manager manages directly several objects, with operational masters at the head of each. With large businesses, the organization of the cleaning services is provided by an object manager, assigned directly for the given object.
