ISO certification

Considering the European market development, related to higher demands concerning the standards in supplier cleaning services, namely increased requirements for guaranteeing professionality, liability, dependability, and high quality of supplier services, our company began with the development of the quality management system in 1999. The certification process, requiring the arrangement of internal processes in the company to comply with higher working productivity and effectiveness, was concluded in 2001, with a successful certification of the Dutch company DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV).

In 2003, there was a re-certification according to the new standard ISO 9001:2000 (QMS). The certificate, together with two more awarded certificates ISO 14001:2004 (EMS) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (work safety management), has been included in the "Integrated Management System Certificate", issued by the DNV Company in 2005. Responsible and exact fulfilment of the certification conditions and requirements concerning the company management system is tested annually by means of a successfully completed audit.

In 2011, was supervised by Intertek successful recertification of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and the new ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security Management System).
