With the aim to improve our services the company as the first cleaning company in the Czech Republic has implemented an electronic system for the management of the relations with our customers (e-CRM Customer Relationship Management). In addition to the existing communication channels (personal contact, telephone, fax, and email), we offer to our clients communication via an internet application. This communication channel is very flexible and modern, and the internet application offers a lot of various data. This communication channel opens undreamed-of possibilities without any need of unnecessary paperwork, and offers them immediately, without waiting, while working non-stop for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year and from any place disposing of an internet connection in the world.

This application enables the client anytime to view the list of works currently being executed or to be executed in the future, and to find information on the employees executing the cleaning services, including their photographs. Information of invoices and concluded contracts, including all appendices may also be found and checked in this application. The system also encompasses an order form to order other works and a book of requests and complaints where the client can record comments concerning particular employees, executed works, as well as spaces and buildings.

The system immediately transfers all entered data to the company headquarters and to the appropriate responsible employees who ensure prompt settlement of all requests. The access to the application’s functions is naturally protected against any abuse and enables various levels of access privileges and therefore we can offer to our clients an access account and password for the particular employees according to the client’s needs. To summarize the system represents an improvement and simplification in communication, eliminates difficult paperwork and allows for transparent relations and supplied services, including the improvement of checking options.
