Cleaning of state administration objects

Our company provides cleaning services also for the state administration and we put also here a strong emphasis on the cleaning quality, which is provided by multi-level control system of performed activities, but also on price, which is very important in this segment. We provide cleaning services in compliance with applicable standards, contract conditions and customer’s requirements. We keep obligatory records and documentation including other documentation in scope and form agreed upon with the customer and in compliance with respective laws, technical standards and regulations. We use for the execution of service only workers meeting necessary qualification preconditions for performance of the respective activity at least within the scope and level stipulated by legal regulations. All activities are performed in compliance with regulations of the safety and protection of health at work and with fire protection regulations and in compliance with instructions of the customer. Our employees are equipped with respective working and protective tools in compliance with applicable regulations and unified working clothes suitable for the respective activity and environment marked with the name (logo) of the company and name tag. Our workers comply with internal regulations of the customer upon entry into an object and stay in it. We use for cleaning of object spaces cleaning means, tools and mechanisms of high quality, that are not damaging to the object, its equipment including floor covering and they are not harmful to the environment and human health.

Basic customer’s requirements for cleaning include:

• We perform cleaning of interior spaces with our own machines and devices with application of suitable cleaning means.
• Cleaning works take place according to the schedule of performed works in relation to object needs.

Exterior communications:

Customer’s requirement for communication surfaces is that they always give orderly, well-kept and clean impression. Communication surfaces consist of:

• roads, walkways and surfaces belonging to the object
• reinforced exterior facilities
• parking spaces
• waste bins and ashtrays
• exterior down pipes, drainages, street gutters and grids for dirt
• entrance spaces

We provide in the summer period of the year:

• cleaning of motorist and pedestrian communications
• cleaning – collection of waste from these surfaces and un-built areas of the premises

During the winter period we provide service that has to be done on exterior communication surfaces and inside the object (yard) according to the following description:

• We provide snow clearing and spreading services so as any risk of injury was eliminated.
• We perform the winter service (snow clearing and spreading works) permanently under extreme weather conditions.
• We will provide regular monitoring of object and weather situation (rainfall and temperatures) by our workers.
• Maximum period of reaction for the winter service upon snowing or creation of glazed frost is within 1 hour.
