Our company has belonged for many years to largest suppliers of cleaning services in both Czech and Slovak Republic. Thank to the long-term cooperation in this field, we have a lot of experience and we can adapt to customer’s requirements. We put large emphasis on communication with a customer and we strive for the largest possible transparency of relations. Our company offers as the first cleaning company in the Czech and Slovak Republic within the improvement of services an electronic system for management of customer relationship (e-CRM Customer Relationship Management).
We put a strong emphasis on the cleaning quality, which is provided by multi-level control system of performed activities. We provide cleaning services in compliance with applicable standards and contractual conditions. We keep obligatory records and documentation including other documentation in scope and form agreed upon with the customer and in compliance with respective laws, technical standards and regulations. We use for the execution of service only workers meeting necessary qualification preconditions for performance of the respective activity at least within the scope and level stipulated by legal regulations. All activities are performed in compliance with regulations of the safety and protection of health at work and with fire protection regulations and in compliance with instructions of the customer. All our employees can document their integrity with the criminal register without records and are trained in the field of work safety. Our company has implemented and certified integrated management system.
